For more than 20 years, The Security Capital Group has been providing real estate investment opportunities for wholesale investors and private superannuation funds.

Originally through our wholly owned subsidiary WA Property Syndications Limited  and more recently since  2011 we have operated through Property Capital Australia Limited (PCAL)*.

PCAL currently  manages  five   syndicates  in the North Shore of  Sydney and  three in  suburban Melbourne.

Over the course of our operations, we have been involved in the acquisition, management and sale of more than 40 commercial, retail and industrial properties with a combined value in excess of $400 million.

Our “Counter Cyclical” approach to property purchase has returned an impressive average return of 35.66% per annum to our Investors (income and capital growth).

The year 2013  saw a new chapter in our history with the establishment of Security Capital Australia Pty Ltd AFSL 436915 ( SCA), which  is the AFSL holder for the group’s future property syndications.

SCA Directors Rodney Shea and Mark Clohessy led the Group’s diversification into the property arena in the early nineties. They are also the Responsible Officers of the new entity. Together they provide a wealth of experience which has seen our investors achieve significant income growth and outstanding capital gains on their investments.

*PCAL   (AFS L 260789) is a joint venture  entity with Property Bank Australia and manages  a number of existing syndicates
